ARKA Youth Center is run with Consulting and Development Partners (CODE Partners), an NGO in Shkodra founded in 2012. Visitors need to understand who they are, what they do and how youth programmes create stronger communities.

NGO sites often bury programmes behind dense copy. ARKA needed a clear mission, Who we are / What we do structure, impact numbers and news, readable on desktop and mobile.
